Descent 2 Intro
Descent 2 was the follow up to the ultra succesful 3D arcade game Descent.

It was developed by Parallax Software and released in 1996 by Interplay to a hugely positive reception.

Aside from the game being very, very good (apart from that 'Bandit' bot), it had an intro sequence that was quite mindblowing at the time.


In fact, the intro still looks pretty good today. So here it is:



This was a fantastic 360 degree arcade gaming experience (especially with a good graphics card) that improved on the already excellent first game.

Descent 2 was a fantastic gaming experience and the intro set the scene nicely...
